For this week's challenge, as always, Simon Says Stamp will be giving away a $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store!

I made this tag which could be used on a bridal present or even given as a gift.  Having made some tags recently for a wedding you would be surprised at the quirky things that are around these days for weddings - no longer the white meringue dress and all the formalities !

I love these Prima Mixed Media Dolls.  I paper pieced her dress with Prima "Life Time" 6x6 papers and used the same papers on the tag too.  I used the Old Paper Distress Marker to add shading to the dress.  I can't tell you how pleased I am I decided to buy the whole set of Distress Markers !

The frame behind her head is by Dovecraft "Curiosity Corner".  The flower is an old Prima flower which just matched perfectly with the colours.

I made a little gift box to match my card using my new Gift Box Punch Board.  I did actually stamp on the box but you can't see it very well in the photo.  I must improve my photography skills !

You & Me

After seeing lots of cards made during and after the Stenciled Online Class, I decided it was time to crack open the embossing paste again !

I tried it this time over the Simon Says Stamp Woodgrain card stock and I love the different look of the different textures.  Talking of textures, I used a piece of packaging for a parcel I received for the corrugated piece of card (never throw anything away me !!).

Don't you just love the great font of the Clearly Besotted Stamps sentiment ?  I love the "&" !
