Papertake Weekly - Dawny's Sketch

Hi everyone ! I hope you are all OK and still enjoying this beautiful weather we are having ? It's turned a bit cloudy here today but I'm not complaining. It was nice to have a bit of cool to do my pile of ironing in !!

Well, its that time again for Papertake Weekly and this week, we have one of Dawny's fabulous sketches for you.

The DP's are Echo Park "Country Drive" and these have all been machine stitched.

The image is by My Favorite Things "Pure Innocence - Jump For Joy".  She has been coloured with Copics and also paper pieced with some of the Echo Park paper.  I also used some twine for her skipping rope.

The rolled flower is by My Favorite Things too.  This one is called "Rolled Scallop Flower".  Now, if you have always had problems in rolling these little blighters up I can let you into a little secret !  Imaginisce have brought out this nifty little tool - a hybrid petal roller and believe me, its amazing ! I can highly recommend it.

The leaves I punched with a Papermania leaf punch.

We hope you can join us in our challenge today.  The DT have made some amazing cards for your inspiration should you require it.  Just hop on over to the challenge blog to see them.

I am entering my card into the following challenges :

Fashionista Challenge - Simply Summer

Kaboodle Doodles - Anything Goes

Made Especially For You - Paper Piecing

Thank you so much for your visit.  Have a great Tuesday !
