My Favorite Things have started an "MFT Academy" and the super talented Inge has created a tutorial on colouring with Prismacolor pencils (you can see it here).
Well, I adore Inge's work and I have a set of Prismacolor pencils here that I very rarely use. To be honest, I do struggle with them as I have arthritis in my right thumb and for some reason I find using the paper stumps makes my thumb hurt so I gave up using them in place of Copics. Anyway, I fancied a challenge so out they came for an airing !
I also decided to play along with the MFT Wednesday Sketch Club MFTWSC108 which is held over at Splitcoasters. I rotated the sketch.
I used MFT Pure Innocence "Picture Perfect" and she was coloured with Prismacolor pencils.
The papers are Fancy Pants "Be You".
The hearts are MFT "Hearts a plenty" dies
The button is also an MFT die "Button Quartet"
I really enjoyed joining in with the MFT Academy and can't wait to see what they come up with next !
