Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - CAS Christmas

Thank you so much to everyone who joined in with our Anything Goes Challenge !

It's Wednesday and

Yes, we have a new challenge over at Simon Says Wednesday Challenge !

The theme this week is

CAS Christmas !

Golly !  I can't believe we are making Christmas cards already !  Where has this year gone ?

The Design Team are this week showcasing Memory Box products.

For this week's challenge, as always, Simon Says Stamp will be giving away a fabulous $50 voucher for the Simon Says Stamp Store!

For the background I used some of the new Tim Holtz Micro Glaze.  It has a hair wax/Vaseline type texture and is a water resistant sealer.  I laid the snowflake stencil over the top of my watercolour card and then rubbed the micro glaze into the snowflakes with my finger.  I think I'll try perhaps a sponge from the ink blending tool next time as the snowflakes aren't as defined as I would have liked.  Having said that, I do like the subtleness and blur of them which is how snowflakes would actually be  when falling !!

You can see a list of everything I used below !

We hope you can join us in our challenge this week and we look forward to seeing what you make !

Thank you for your visit and I hope you have a great day !
