New one on me !

I found out at Christmas that a friend of mine and her partner are having a Civil Partnership in a couple of weeks time (is that how you say it ? and there was me thinking they were just good friends ! LOL I can be a bit naive at times !!). Anyway, I thought I would make them a card and it was quite a challenge because its not really your average wedding card. I hope that my card do the job and isn't too "lovey" for ladies ?

I used last year's Papermania love kit for the red paper and patterned paper which I cut with my label's nesties. I also added some Papermania vellum and embossed it with the heart folder for the Cuttlebug.

The image is a Penny Black stamp called "Sweet Pea Wreath" which I have used loads of times before. I coloured it with distress inks and added some glossy accents to the flowers.

The lace, button, cord and pearls are from my stash.

Do you think this is suitable for a Civil Partnership Ceremony ? Please let me know !

Take care and enjoy your Sunday,
