Simon Says Challenge - Anything Goes

Good afternoon ! What a gorgeous day it is today !  It makes such a change from the dark gloomy stuff we have had for a week now.   I know everyone is talking about it, but isn't it cold brrrr !

The girls started their Easter holidays this week and its been so nice not to have to rush around every morning.  They can't wait until the weekend and all that chocolate.  Anyone would think it was going to be Christmas again !!

I have been busy making some cards for Cardmaking and Papercraft Magazine, a job which I adore.  I can't give anything away but I must say, it has been sooo hard getting my head thinking about hot, sunny days !!! but I have managed it and I hope you like what I have made come July !

Anyway, its Wednesday and that can only mean one thing......time to announce our next challenge over at Simon Says Challenge !!

I just love this Blossoms and Blooms stamp set by Avery Elle and as for the Hero Arts inks, well, they are fantabulous !  I have been looking for some great coloured inks for a long time now and I can highly recommend these ones.  I bought the little cubes which are in sets of 4 but you can also buy the large pads too.  I shall certainly be getting some more of these, they are yummy !

BasicGrey Challenges - Happy Easter !

Good afternoon ! Sorry, I am running a bit late today ! 

 It is time for another challenge over at BasicGrey Challenges. Thank you to everyone who joined in with our Spring Is In the Air Challenge, we had lots of super duper entries !

This next fortnight our challenge is

I am so sorry for the awful photo.  The weather here has been terrible, so dark, wet and gloomy and I've done all the editing I can on it !!!

I used the cute image from Lili of the Valley "Easter Sweeties".  I didn't use the whole image as its a long, narrow stamp so I just stamped a small part of it.  You can see links to everything else I used below.

The little envelope is, of course, too small to fit the card into !  I made the envelope to contain some money as an Easter gift that I shall slip inside the card.  Simon Says Stamp have a super new envelope die which is so easy to use and has score lines on it too so you can knock up a mini envelope in no 

time !  There are even matching stamps too !  Details below !

Simon Says Challenge - Easter/Spring

Oooh I just love this Memory Box die !  I cut it three times and trimmed off the little flowers, shaped them and then layered them.  You can see the flowers better in the second photo.  I used two shades of the orange/peach card.

I also love these new banners from Simon Says Stamp and the matching stamps !  Just perfect for any occasion or card or even any other project !!!!
