With Love

I'm back with my second card for today.

I adore this stamp and die set from Clearly Besotted Stamps (in collaboration with Simon Says Stamp).  This stamp and die set was released at Christmas and not only has it got Christmas elements in it but it has these gorgeous daisies and roses in it which can be used at other times during the year making this set very versatile.  You can see another card I made HERE using the same stamp and die set at Christmas

The "Love" word die is from Clearly Besotted Stamps and you can find it here.

I watercolored the wreath with Distress Markers.

I die cut the sentiment a number of times and die cut the last cut in gold mirror card.

I am entering my card into the following challenges :

CAS-ual Fridays - Watercolour

As always, you can see a list of everything I used below (apart from the word die where I have added a link above).

Monster Hugs !

I'm back with another couple of cards today and I'm entering them into a couple of challenges.  I love having the time to just sit and make cards for no specific reason and this week I had the time to do just that !

I'm entering this card into these challenges :

Addicted to CAS - Hugs and Kisses

I used the fabulous Simon Says Stamp set "Monster Hugs" and those scummy We R Memory Keepers papers again !  I stamped out the monster onto some lime patterned paper and fussy cut him out.  I added a little touch of Copic colouring to his mouth and added some googly eyes as he just wouldn't be this cutie monster without them !!

I added some sparkly Wink of Stella to the hearts - honest I did !!

As always, you can see a list of everything I used below.

We Make a Great Pear !

Wow, here I go again ! I'm on a roll this morning  !

I loved the sketch over at CAS(E) this Sketch, nice and simple and I had just the elements in mind to make a card.

Here's the sketch :

and, here's my card !

I've had these pear dies from WPlus9 for ages and never got round to using them until now.  Aren't they fab ?

I LOVE these We R Memory Keepers "Love Notes" papers and I can't stop using them !  There is a great mix of watercolor look papers and zingy lime with black and pinks and they are just scummy !

As always, you can see a list of everything I used below.

Well, I think that is me for today !

Hold On Tight To Your Dreams

I'm here to show off another card I made with the fabulous Tim Holtz set "Big Top".  We had a challenge a few weeks ago over at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge where the DT showcased Tim Holtz goodies and I used this stamp set then.  You can see it here.     I really enjoyed making this card for this challenge and as I'm always in need of a bloke's card so I made another one at the same time.

Lol's had used a mesh stamp on her card for this challenge and I loved it !  I knew I had a similar mesh stamp somewhere so I went in search for it !

You can see a list of everything I used below.

Have a great weekend and enjoy the snow if you have any !  We had a sprinkling last night and I'm dancing for some more !

I dusted off my sewing machine for this card !  I used some silver thread for the stitching on the card and the balloons.  I slightly bent the balloons too to give them a 3D look.

You can see a list of everything I used below !

We hope you can join us in our challenge this week and we look forward to seeing what you make !
