Kuretake UK - Space

I am back with another project for Kuretake UK whose them this month is "Space". The design team have come up with some amazing creations around this theme this month, its been very inspiring. 

 I was so excited yesterday as the card I am going to show you now was shown on Create and Craft TV. Our lovely Helen was demonstrating Kuretake products yesterday and in particularly Gansai Tambi Watercolour Paints.  

 These watercolour paints are just amazing and I love them.  They are so creamy, intensely coloured and blend together like a dream.  The white/pearl paint is beautiful and shimmery.  I used this for the splatters of white on the card.

It's ages since my Copics got an airing !

I stamped the background with the globe stamp using Simon Says Stamp Fossil Ink.  I adore this colour !

I really loved using this stamp set.  It comes with a whole heap of different sentiments, it was difficult to choose just one !!

My Favourite Space !

Kuretake UK's theme for September is "Space". Immediately I thought of "up there", the moon, stars, darkness, planets (as you would) and yes, I've made a project with all that in mind but you will have to wait for that one !!! 

My next thought was "My Favourite Space" and apart from my craft room and my bed (!) it has to be "our caravan" ! I'm not so keen on the journey (my goodness, have we been on some hairy journeys and had to negotiate little country lanes and small villages (brings me out in a cold sweat thinking about it !!)). I love being out in the open, watching my girls having the time of their lives running around and making so many new friends, the countryside, the seaside, mountains. We live in an amazing World. We are hoping to be brave next year and venture abroad (wish me luck with those cold sweats !!). 

 Anyway, here is my take on "space".
