I die cut the tag and then gave it a light wash of gesso and dried with a heat tool.  I added drops of Lost Shadow Distress Paint and lightly brayered with Speckled Egg Distress Paint.  I stamped the image in distress ink and spritzed with water.  

It was good fun playing around with the different mediums and seeing how each worked with one another.
