Good morning and welcome to another challenge over at BasicGrey Challenges.

Well, it looks as though we were right to set this next challenge - there is a glorious week ahead to come by the sound of it !

This next fortnight's challenge is

Fun In The Sun !

Please do remember that to be eligible to win our prize, you must use at least one Basic Grey product.

We are of course being sponsored by the fantastic Simon Says Stamp who will be giving the lucky winner a $25 spending spree to spend in their store !

I just love this new sun die which is from the Simon Says Stamp Summer 2013 Release and I've seen a number of cards made using glitter card but I used Basic Grey "Origins" seeing as this is BasicGrey Challenges !

Now, I don't know if it will be just me but I was wondering how on earth I would space those sun rays because once die cut, the rays are all separate of course !  Anyway, this is how I did it :

You can see the die in the top of the picture so you know what it looks like.
I attached the negative of the die cut to the front of my card with a tiny piece of magic tape and then added the rays back into the die cut just like a jigsaw puzzle, gluing them at the same time.  Once all the pieces were glued into the die cut, I carefully lifted it from the card to reveal just the cut pieces.

I hope that has helped as if you are like me, you get confused by such things !!! hehehe !

As always, I have listed all the goodies I have used on this card below with links to them.

The rest of the DT have made some amazing creations for your inspiration again, check them out !

Thank you so much for your visit and have a great Saturday !
