Merry and Bright

Good morning ! I'm here today to share a card I made a few days ago.

I have seen a lot of wreath cards being made and remembered a die set I bought last year and used bits a pieces of but never actually made a wreath from it !

I die cut a big circle first and placed the leaves around it so I got a good circle shape.  I think I managed to achieve it quite well seeing as I'm not usually too good at doing things like this !

I just love this Authentique paper "Seasons : Winter".  It's full of blues, greys and lilac/purples.  I used lots of Picket Fence Stickles on it for the snowy effect.

For the sentiment, I heat embossed a piece of heat resistant acetate and then cut around it and placed it on the snowflake with a glue dot.

That's me for today.  I'm hoping to get some crafty time in later unless the call of a good film, roaring fire and snuggling on the sofa calls louder !!

I am entering CAS-ual Fridays and Curtain Call again with my card.

Have a great Sunday !
