Simon Says Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes !

For this week's challenge, as always, Simon Says Stamp will be giving away a $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store!

When I bought the Holiday Petals and Leaves set I had little projects in mind for it like Christmas tags and perhaps even mini cards but while browsing through Pinterest (as you do), I was inspired by Lisa Spangler's wreath card which you can see here.  Lisa has used a different stamp set but the leaves are very similar in this set.

Being conscious of the fact I had cased Lisa's card for this weeks challenge, I decided to use the holly leaves, berries and bow in the set and make a Christmas wreath card !

You may have seen that Simon Says Stamp have some special exclusive stamp sets for sale in collaboration with some amazing companies to celebrate STAMPtember.  When I saw the set "Strong Together" in collaboration with Mama Elephant, I couldn't wait to buy it !  You need to be quick though as its only available until the end of this month !

So, following the sketch over at CAS(E) this sketch, I got to work !

The detail in this stamp and die set is fabulous, you have everything you need to create a perfect super hero cards, tags and gifts !

For this week's challenge, as always, Simon Says Stamp will be giving away a $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store!

I cut the tag from watercolour paper, inked it with distress inks and then dripped water onto it and left it to dry. I love this effect.

I'm a sucker for birds and when I saw these bird stamps, I just had to get them !  The branch from Tim Holtz' set Urban Tapestry was perfect for this project.
