Simon Says Wednesday Challenge - Make Your Own Background !

It's Wednesday and 


Yes, we have a new challenge over at Simon Says Wednesday Challenge !

The theme this week is 

Make Your Own Background !

 The DT are this week showcasing Gelatos 

For this week's challenge, as always, Simon Says Stamp will be giving away a $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store!

I love the bright and vibrant colours of the Tropical Gelatos.

To make the background I firstly coloured directly onto the stamp with the gelatos and then spritzed it with water.  For my first try, I stamped the card in the usual way but I found that as the stamp was soooo big, I missed bits out (thats how the background stamped sentiment came about !).  For my second try, I laid the card over the stamp and pressed down on the card and this gave a better impression (well, one I liked anyway !!).
