Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes !

Yes, we have a new challenge over at Simon Says Wednesday Challenge !

The theme this week is 

Anything Goes !

The Design Team are this week showcasing Altenew products.

I've seen a lot of cards around recently with the background stamped in black and white and I love this as much as the sentiment heat embossed with white embossing powder on black card !  It's such a striking effect.

I heat embossed the Hibiscus flowers with gold embossing powder and then watercoloured them with Gansai Tambi watercolour paints.  The centres I painted with the pearl paint from the set.  In real life this looks fantastic and it all shines so much, the gold and the pearl.  I really love how this card turned out.

    Hi Jo,

    what a great idea to feature the monochromatic background and then bump up the blossoms and fill them with color and THEN emboss them with gold - really makes a stunning statment!
